Busta Rhymes, Method Man and Bun B are also included on the list of "Hip-Hop's Greatest Voices."
Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre and Scarface are among the rappers included on Green Label’s list of “Hip-Hop’s Greatest Voices.”
“In hip-hop, the focus isn’t necessarily on vocal range or the ability to make melodic runs,” the article says. "It’s the timbre and pitch of an emcee’s voice that can be crucial to his or her delivery.”
Green Label says that Snoop Dogg has one of the most recognizable voices in Hip Hop.
"Able to sound equally at home on party starting tracks like 'What’s My Name,' tough-talking cuts like 'Deep Cover,' and softer tracks like ‘Beautiful,' Snoop is versatile, but always smooth,” the article says.
